Cancellation of In-Class Trainings: 

Upon cancellation of a in-class training reservation, 50% of the total price of the training fee (Administration & Cancellation fees) will be refunded if the reservation is canceled 15 days prior to the registration closing date. Cancellation of the training reservation after registration closing date or no notice cancellation is liable to pay the full amount. There will be no refund.

Cancellation of Online / Virtual Trainings:

You have the right to apply for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you haven’t accessed your training materials. Please note that if you have accessed your course material or communicated with any course trainer or joined any sessions of the training. If you have already accessed your course or purchased it more than 14 days ago, please contact us for your claim.
